1Introduction to Kiteboarding
In this lesson you learn how to set up, launch, fly, loop, hover and land the training kite. You will learn basic Kiteboarding Safety rules and Flying theory.
2Big Kite Control & Safety
In this lesson you will learn how to Safely set up launch, land and fly the Big inflatable kite used to kiteboard. You will also learn about Safety systems, Site Selection, Rigging, Breakdown, Hooking in and out of the Harness, Equipment Care and Safety Rules.

3Kiteboarding Water Skills
In this lesson you will learn how to Safely set, Launch, Body Drag in the water and Return to shore using the Big inflatable kite as your power. You will also learn the fundamentals of waters starts. Other topics covered are: Safety Release, Re-launching, self-rescue and Kiteboarding rules.
